Join the Vendor Facebook Group

This group is a great forum for asking questions, getting to know your fellow vendors, getting ad hoc updates, and finding fellow vendors to work on collaborations with.

Complete Vendor Profile Form

This form is what will show on your vendor profile during the show. It includes the social media links that will be displayed when the vendor list becomes a directory/archive. Finally, it has a few housekeeping items on it that we need to know before the show.

Pay Your Vendor Fee

The vendor fee for this show is $50.00 +HST ($56.50). The deadline for payment is Monday, October 4, 2021.

You can either pay with credit card using the link below or through e-transfer to pnpfair@gmail.com.

If you signalled that you are in need of a covered or sliding scale spot, please await an email with a code or discussion with the organizer before proceeding.

Submit Listings

You’re in the fair, it’s now time to get your products in!

Returning Vendors: A format corrected version of your submission from the last show should have been emailed to you at your time of acceptance (if not, please let us know). Please note that this version does not include changes that had to be made during the live website check process. Please ensure that you update these changes, adjust quantities, and ensure at least 10% of your listings are new.

For new vendors, or returning vendors who want a refresher while creating additional/new listings, please use the guide linked below to prepare and submit your listings.

To have a maximum of 35 listings, submit by Wednesday, October 12, 2021.
To have a maximum of 30 listings, submit by Wednesday, October 20, 2021.

Announce your participation & promote the show!

Spread the word! Add the Facebook event to your page, invite your friends and customers, and use the handy graphics linked below to spread the word on social media!

Feel free to tag us in social media posts with items you plan to offer at the fair. We love sharing and highlighting items that will be available and it is so much easier for us to share your posts (and stories) when you tag us.

While this show is virtual our goal is to still work to inspire community connections. Work with a fellow vendor and see what awesomeness comes out!

(Optional): Prepare Items for Gift Bags

Each show we assemble 25 gift bags that are added to 25 orders at random. These bags serve as an additional incentive for shoppers – and it’s a fun surprise for those who do receive one. These bags are filled with whatever items or discount code cards vendors choose to contribute. This is 100% optional. You can choose to not participate at all, contribute 25 items, or contribute any number between.

Some examples from past fairs:

  • business cards with discount codes
  • buttons
  • tape measurers
  • sample sized soaps
  • sticker
  • chapstick holder

These items are to be dropped off at the same time as your products after the show, by Saturday, November 13, 2021.
