So, how are we getting all these goodies to you?
After the show is finished, the makers have 6 days to finish and bring their products to us! We will then assemble the orders for pick up or delivery – getting them out the door to you as quickly as possible!
We are going to use Canada Post (tracked) shipping or CanPar (courier service, also tracked). You will be provided with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
We may do some limited porch drop-offs as time and logistics permit as a way of getting things to you even quicker.

Please do NOT just show up for pick up. We will be emailing each person as their order is ready with a reminder of the address as well as the hours available for pick up. Rest assured, we will provide ample time for this with coverage of daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities.
If you arrive at the same time as other people, please practice social distancing outside the location. Masks are required.
Out of respect for our partners above who have agreed to be a pick up location, any orders not picked up after two weeks will be re-collected and brought back to PNP HQ. These orders can then either be picked up there or you can choose to retroactively pay shipping for them to be sent to you.We are working on securing additional places for local pick up this time around! More information on this will be announced soon!
The fair will run from Thursday, November 5th at 5pm to Sunday, November 8th at 5pm. The marketplace will be open for the entire length of that time.
When the market closes at 5pm on Sunday, vendors will receive a list of all their orders. They have until November 13th to deliver those goods to us.
We will immediately begin sorting and compiling orders – sending out notifications to folks for local pick up and printing shipping labels (with tracking) for those who opted for shipping. Our goal is to have all orders prepared for pick up or shipped by November 20th.
What is consolidated shipping?
Consolidated shipping is what makes this market different from most online markets. It is also one of the reasons this event is limited to 4 days.
In short, shoppers will be able to add items from all makers to their cart and check out in one transaction – and only pay one (flat-rate) shipping fee. The items will then be collected in the week following the sale, sorted into orders, and shipped out in one package per order.
This saves on shipping costs (for both vendors and shoppers!) and also lessens the environmental impact!
If you’re choosing local pick up it can also be your chance to drop off! We are collecting the following items as part of how we are giving backat PNP HQ only.
Empties for Paws
We are collecting alcohol empties (bottles, cans, wine bladders, etc) on behalf of Sit With Me Shelter Dog Rescue. SWM rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes dogs that have no other options from local shelters.
Products for STORM
Minwaashin Lodge’s STORM (Street Team Outreach Mobile) assists women who are street involved with immediate harm reduction, safety planning, crisis intervention and community referrals. As part of this outreach they have need for new products of the following: menstrual products; travel sized soaps, shampoos, conditioners; deodorants; candy (Hallowe’en sized candy is perfect). We will have a dedicated box for drop offs for STORM.
